Upcoming Conventions & Some New Work

As the second half of 2017 kicks off I'm reminded that "holy crap I haven't updated my page in forever" 

My final two shows of the year will be Cincinnati Comic Expo on Sept 22nd-24th and Derby City on 

Oct  28th and 29th. I'll be posting once pre-show commissions are open. In the mean time, enjoy some work I've done recently!

 

 

Kentucky Kaiju Pre-Order & Events

It's official, Kentucky Kaiju is set to release on October 18th!!! 

 

Pre-orders are now available through Apex Book Company. Just go to apexbookcompany.com where you can snag your very own copy. All pre-orders will be signed by the whole KY Kaiju crew. Here's a little blurb on what you'll be expecting to find:

Kentucky Kaiju is the ultimate field guide to the kaiju of the bluegrass state. Kaiju Update and Upcoming Cons

Greetings!!! I've been hammering away at the illustrations for Kentucky Kaiju....

And I'm happy to say I'm nearly finished...

 

It's been quite a journey and although it's been hard work, I couldn't have asked for better partners in crime than Justin Stewart and Shawn Pryor. It's truly a treat to work with friends. 

Justin and I will be sharing a table at the upcoming Scarefest Convention here in Lexington, KY and we hope to have samples of the Kentucky Kaiju book with us. We'll also of course have all the originals on display for you gandering pleasure. 

As far as other conventions, I've got two others I'll be attending for 2016. Up first is Baltimore Comic Con on September 2-4! Then on to Cincinnati Comic Expo September 23-25. I'm currently taking pre-showing commissions for BOTH.

Not only can I take my time on the piece but it ensures you get it while at the show. So don't delay! 

Kentucky Kaiju

For those of you who follow me on social media you've probably noticed I've been focusing on very specific illustrations lately. I'm currently working on a book coming out in October through Apex Publishing. Along with artist Justin Stewart and author Shawn Pryor, we're working to create Kentucky's first comprehensive field guide to the Kaiju that inhabit it. Here's a few peeks at some of the creatures I've been working on!
